By accessing or using the services, website, and mobile applications provided by Beijing Baotongyuan Property Management Co., Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide comprehensive property management services including but not limited to: building maintenance, professional cleaning and disinfection, landscaping, parking services, real estate services, home services, facility maintenance, pest control, and business support services. We also provide mobile applications available on Google Play and Apple App Store.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Our services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of our services and mobile applications. We recommend that parents enable parental controls on devices used by minors.
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the rights of others; interfere with or disrupt our services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use our services for any fraudulent or malicious purpose; or harass, abuse, or harm other users.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Beijing Baotongyuan Property Management Co., Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our mobile applications on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the terms of the respective app store.
Our mobile applications are distributed through Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Your use of the applications is subject to the terms and conditions of these respective platforms.
We may update our mobile applications from time to time to add new features, improve performance, or fix bugs. You may need to update the application to continue using our services.
You may uninstall our mobile applications at any time through your device's standard uninstall process.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
Some of our services may require payment. All fees are clearly communicated before you commit to purchasing. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Payment terms are as agreed upon in specific service contracts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beijing Baotongyuan Property Management Co., Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
